An indispensable knife for your kitchen
I use this knife for peeling small fruits. The protective cover is good for traveling. It stays sharp for a long time. Easily sharpened with any knife sharpener once dull. Although the handle is made of plastic, it can be easily washed in the dishwasher. Overall great quality for the price.
