Perfect size and easy to use 12.5 " x 9.5 "
This roasting pan and stand is perfect for small to medium sized roasts, turkey breasts etc. I show this picture using letter size paper to give you an idea of the cooking chamber. I think this roaster would be a great item for any kitchen. It is light but very well made. Easy to use and clean. I usually think twice before using any large/heavy utensils considering how time consuming and tedious cleaning is. Great value for money. I am very happy with this purchase.
