LOVE LOVE LOVE These! Highly recommended! Originally found at a local store but no longer need to carry them. Luckily I found her here. I have very thick, medium length hair and it's hard to find hair ties that really "hold" a ponytail or something like that. I've had so much hair slip out, hair stuck to the metal sleeve, opened up when I don't want it, or just fell apart (with silicone lining π). I've tried silicone based hair so it ends up flaking/falling off the tie and twisting ribbed hair with silicone so it can't support the weight of my hair and stretches quickly and enviably dies/breaks prematurely. BETTER HANDLE AND LONG LASTING for my hair type (semi-coarse, very thick, light). Every scrunchie has a lifetime before it breaks the envy so I'm not saying it will never break, but in my experience these scrunchies last the longest, hold the best and can hold the weight of my hair. Most of the time I have to look for products for my hair in the black area, since the white area is only for people with fine hair (stupid clichΓ©s). When I was looking for them I also saw some reviews (on other sites, didn't check here) from people complaining about pulling their hair out. It is specially designed to have a good grip. So if you yank it out like a mangy animal it's likely to get caught, but if you take it off the same way you put it on (or common sense). ), then you shouldn't have any problems. Because of the hold of the elastic, loose (already on the scalp, falling out) hair will sometimes tangle around the band a bit more than with traditional hair ties (due to the added tension of the elastic). But this happens with all hair ties (especially if you have long hair) then just carefully cut with scissors being careful not to cut the hair tie itself. This is important for those who don't understand the difference. Our body loses many things as the natural cycle of things and hair is one of those things. Don't think it will rip your hair out just because loose hair is wrapped around it, it just means it had more grip when you put it on/pull it out. Like duct tape versus duct tape (or a good boxing tape), duct tape will do the job better when getting rid of pet fluff/hair because it's designed for better grip. I hope this makes sense to those who didn't get it before. In any case, I have tried many hair ties in my life and these are by far the best. I will not buy any other types. I also love that you can get them in fun different colors or just black.
