Review on Black Audio-Technica ATH-M50X Professional Grade Studio Monitor Headphones with Detachable Cable - Critically Acclaimed by Agata Kaminska ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm very happy, it really is worth buying.

They are truly great headphones for their price group, and the pricing does not feel unreasonable for what you get. If you are not frightened of the wire (and someone who appreciates good sound should not be afraid), and if you do not have any really specific criteria for sound detail (in other words, you are not an experienced sound engineer), then I would absolutely recommend it. Has some pros The packaging, which included three cords of varying lengths, was very appealing to me. The headphones may be folded up for convenient portability, and at the same time, they fold together quite securely and without any suggestion of play. Do not pay attention to those who complain about the weight or the stiffness of the temple; you will quickly become accustomed to the weight, and the stiffness will lessen with regular wear, which will actually result in a longer life for the headphones. The ears fit very securely and comfortably (3-4 years without problems). About the tone of it. music that is generally clean and has a pleasant sound to it, and it may be found in practically every genre. They wrote about the influence of being here or there; this gets right to the heart of the matter in my opinion. In other words, despite the fact that the headphones are of the closed variety, the volume and ambiance they produce are competitive with those of many open varieties. The following are some of its negative aspects: Since I've upgraded to Sennheiser HD 449s, which are very similar in terms of specifications, I feel like the M50x has a bit too much bass. Additionally, when listening to things like fugues, the mid-voices can sometimes get a bit lost. However, the remainder of the frequency response is flat, so this should not be a concern. The noise isolation in this space is passive and not really effective, which is, of course, disappointing. That is, even at a high playback volume, folks around you will still be able to hear some of what you are saying. The prices fall inside that range.
