I bought this bracelet together with another item. He had no instructions. It looks very beautiful and was surprised it looks better in real life. Two weeks later, the bracelet's crank in the connector's head broke, and both the bracelet and the new NinaQueen Christmas charm were lost. The bracelet looks good but the quality and finish is poor. Don't waste your money by buying this product.
