I've been ordering HTV glitter online for many years. This is the first time I've gotten a glitter that looks like it's matte. From the photos it looks like a regular glossy HTV. Very very shiny and flashy with a difference. Although this vinyl has some sheen, it is very matte and matte. The glitter is almost printed, I can barely feel the glitter. For reference, most glossy HTVs have a very rough (glittery) finish. This is not. I think it would be ok if the glitter was visible from more than 6 inches away. But that's not the case. From just a foot away, this vinyl looks matte black. Not glossy black. Only black. You can't see the glitter at all. For me it would be a used return.
