The tin looks even nicer in real life. The jar is not fully glazed, which is ideal for ventilation inside, suitable for storing garlic and dry herbs. I love the rustic style of this design, it's both functional and aesthetic. I read some reviews, people pointed out this tiny crack at the bottom of the lid, it doesn't bother me at all. I think that a lot of handmade pottery can inherently have some inevitable imperfections, this differs from machine made ceramics as as the clay pots dry in the kiln air pockets will naturally form and some tiny edges may crack as long as this is the case does not affect its functionality, such imperfections only enhance its own unique natural beauty.
