I teach in a building where all classes are connected to an interactive whiteboard and a projector. My classroom was one of the first rooms wired with this technology, so of course my wiring is a bit dated. For some reason I had a BNC connector instead of an RCA video adapter in the wall. And I don't know any DVD player with BNC. I actually had to ask a colleague to look at the fork and tell me what kind of fork it was! (And I'm tech savvy). I used to buy products from Monoprice and since I only needed one, I chose this adapter. I'm so glad I did! It was very easy to install, holds securely in the wall and works like a charm. I have no video degradation and can now use my projector to show movies without having to connect to a computer! I couldn't be happier!
