This is the only one I've ever owned but I did a lot of research and reading before deciding on this one. I have to say I'm really impressed! Before the car arrived I received a great email with lots of great advice. And instructions? Wow! I don't know if I've ever bought anything that came with such clear, detailed instructions. Really amazing! Leaves no room for questions. What about the car itself? wow i really love this! Couldn't be easier to use, VERY quiet and didn't move across the counter at all during the process. From what I've read about others, I would expect each machine to be a bit noisy and sound like it's jumping around while kneading. But not this one! If you're in the market for one, you won't regret trying this one! good company They can say they care!
