Larger diameter than stated

These hoses range from 2/64" to 3/64" OD and are smaller than 1" OD. Definitely larger than a 15/16 inch OD. I needed plastic tubing with an OD of 15/16" or less to fit in a metal tote bag, so I bought these based on the product description. Unsuccessful.
