As an HDMI switch this product delivers well enough, the image does seem to be slightly diminished, but not enough that most people would even notice. The Picture-in-Picture feature is utterly worthless though. It shows all three other HDMI inputs regardless of an input even being plugged in. Not only that, the pictures are shrunk to a ridiculously small size and reshaped to a rectangle that skews any picture there may be and that picture is distorted and altered to a point that is virtually unrecognizable. Main reason I bought this was for a PIP feature and I am disappointed. If you can't get the feature to work properly, just don't include it in the device. I tried on multiple TV's with different kinds of HDMI cables and had issues every time. Probably going to be returning the product unless I find someone who just needs an HDMI switch.
