I will never buy an HP printer again. The first problem is that the ink is very expensive and runs out quickly! The second problem is that after 3 years it no longer connects to the internet unless hardware and new software updates require me to download a new application to print or scan something from my computer. The IT team at my job worked with me for two hours to get the new software up and running. Thank goodness I had access to an IT team to help me! I'm ready to throw this printer out the window. It's an old technology at the moment, but HP forces you to use it in their new software. And WHY can't I just hit the damn "print" button!? Instead, I have to open their app to use it, which is very inefficient. The time lost every time I print made me just buy a new printer, even though it's in mint condition (and expensive). Goodbye HP.
