Review on TEKCOPLUS by Eric Grayson
The TEKCOPLUS website is confusing.
It felt like trying to find my way through a maze when navigating the TEKCOPLUS website. With products dispersed across numerous pages and categories that occasionally made no sense, the layout was bewildering. Finding specific goods to search for was tedious, and I frequently got lost in a sea of useless results. Even worse, the checkout process was overly difficult when I did eventually found what I was looking for. Shopping on the TEKCOPLUS website was, to put it briefly, a frustrating and perplexing experience.
Pros
- Detailed product descriptions, complete with photographs and a list of specs, so customers can make educated purchasing selections.
Cons
- There isn't a pick-up-in-store choice.
