Adding it to my coax coming into the house before the backbone splitter more than doubled my MoCA bridging speed from 1400Mbps to 3100Mbps. I have three goCoax Bridges in a 22 year old house. Adding a filter was the very last thing I did and I was happy and surprised at the improvement. I also learned that I could increase the speed by about 10% to 3450Mbps by cutting all the coax cables going to rooms that didn't need MoCA or broadband access. I only needed two lines, so I disconnected the other four, took out a six-way splitter, and replaced it with a double. bam Even more speed. Great device!
