Perfect size and durable container
Bought them to feed a friend. I added a serving of protein, veggies, and rice (or quinoa or pasta) to each 20-ounce container, then labeled the lid and froze them. Every day she put one in the microwave for dinner. Portion was perfect. They washed well in her dishwasher and she returned them to me to reuse. They are durable, the lid fits well and doesn't leak, and they can be used many times.
