First of all, the tape measure is a joke. The inches marked on it are approximately 10% larger than the actual inches. So it's garbage. Second, I suspect these '21 Day Fix' containers are meant to be an alternative to the Beachbody products of the same name. I don't have a BB but as far as I can tell online they are for 1 cup, 3/4 cup, 1/2 cup, 1/3 cup. And that's what it says on the label of this one. However, when I measure them with water, they are closer to metric 1 cup (250ml) than US/Empire measures (236ml). If you want colorful containers and lengths of plastic inspired by measuring tape, this is the product for you! If you're looking for an affordable alternative to Beachbody products and you care about the portions you eat, look elsewhere.
