Continued problems15/12/15 You have quality problems. You need to know. And they don't fix it. They are only three months old. I still have problems with the quality of Spira shoes. Either the inner spring breaks and a clear click can be heard with every step, or the front surface detaches. Either I've been hexed or they have serious quality issues they can't fix. And also. Revain's return policy is so short that problems only arise after the 30-day window has passed. I wish I could find another company that makes the same comfortable shoes that don't break easily. This is real crap. Previous Post I have a whole story. Bought two shows in two years. loved her. Then last October I ordered a third boot. I had to return three shoes and they were all defective. Two of them broke in less than two months and made loud clicking noises. On the third, the front valve peels off. So I am now on my fourth pair to complete my order from six months ago. It's really unfortunate because it's a very comfortable shoe and that's why I insisted. And the quality issues are a real disappointment. The Orthodict store was fantastic with great customer service. They've managed the issues as best they can, and yet they don't control the quality. Let's hope the next pair doesn't break in three months. I would like to receive recommendations for similar shoes from other manufacturers. The reviews of Gravity Defy are terrible.
