Like many of you probably bought the binoculars for your children so they could be adventurers. Unfortunately, please be aware that they camouflage pattern may not be exactly as pictured when you get it. I have gone back and forth with the seller telling them that there's a defect because when I received my binoculars the pattern was stretched so it looked more like a mossy oak camo rather than the digital camo that's pictured. My son liked it because it reminds him of Minecraft. The seller told me that the printing process is random and they can control it. My response why do you not have a QC process that you can check the product before it even ships out to the buyer. They do not seem to respond when I asked them to just exchange it and I'm willing to return the original. The seller even let me know that if there was a defect they would exchange it but for some reason they changed their mind. I'm sorry to leave a negative review. I am going to use revain's return policy as an alternative.
