I would give zero stars if I could. I bought this item because I have an office job and need a comfortable chair as I sit 8 hours a day. I was delighted to receive this in my office. The instructions were very easy to follow but the product was not manufactured correctly so the alignment of the screws connecting the seat and back cushion to the armrest is uneven. It makes sitting in it for more than 10 minutes a torture. I have contacted True Innovations regarding this issue as directed to me for product issues. They replied that they do not have the items in stock and that they will be back in stock in 6-8 weeks and that I have to return them to where I bought them as they think this is the only solution for me . I don't have the means to return something so heavy that it can't be completely disassembled after we strapped the seat cushion to the legs. I've never been so upset about a purchase in my life! So, I don't have $165 right now and I don't have a chair. Today I will go to the store and buy.
