This set is good. My mouth seems really clean. If you use this you will really see a difference in lightening within a week or so. I was surprised. However, after a while you don't notice any difference anymore, which is why I didn't give 5 stars. I think bleaching works best on superficial stains. If your stains are deep, don't expect your teeth to be truly white. Other than that I think it works great. I would definitely buy again to at least maintain the shade I got with the whitening and the health and mouthfeel I got with the toothpaste. ๐๐พ
