Box was missing removable dividers. The jump rings not cut to close flush

This item was bought for a friend. here is her review of the item.Product is easy to use. but everything will have to either be kept in the individual bags or put in other containers. The box came in good condition. but the removable dividers are missing so you can't really use the box for storing the findings.the jump rings are not cut flush, resulting in you having to cut the extra off in order to have the rings close flush.Other than that I like the product.
