Review on 🔧 ACDelco GM Original Equipment 10-4014: High-Quality Friction Modified Synchromesh Transmission Fluid - Reliable 1 qt Solution by Scott Rose

I use this fluid for about 40,000 miles in my daily Integra. I've changed it three times so far. I would estimate this fluid to last around 15,000-20,000 miles depending on use. After that, it darkens, loses viscosity (wateriness) and magical abilities to eliminate sharp overflows. But man, with a fresh switch I can practically switch with one finger. At $30 every 15,000 miles, it's worth it. Before I used Honda mtf (old formula) it was practically useless. Then I started using this and noticed a huge improvement. I haven't tried the new Honda MTF formula but I highly doubt it will work. It's a very thin liquid.
