I've been using chatflow since it was in its beta phase almost 2 years ago now! It's helped us reach out to new people who may be interested in our services without having them fill up forms asking all of those personal details we don't want online anyway (and which can get stolen). Our customers love how easy it is to use - they're able to quickly ask any question from FAQs through to booking appointments etc. We also like being notified when someone messages us via WhatsApp as this allows us to respond straight away if necessary instead of waiting until after office hours.
