Everything was there, well packed and fast. I would recommend doing business with Loveco. Satisfied customer! I feel bad about something. I got an email from Loveco asking if I had two extra green brushes so I went and checked and counted and I had 10 so I told them I only had 10. Well today while I was cleaning I saw a green brush on my chimney and forgot we had already replaced one of them. So when I went and checked I counted 10 but forgot to replace one. So I would like to apologize to Sunny at loveco and to let you know that I own 12 in total and will send them back if you wish or I will send you money for them, whichever you wish. DeAnn
