I bought this belt forever, but it's so comfortable, I use it every day! I don't have body fat, but if I did, it wouldn't hurt you in any way. Try it, you will like it!

- It's soft, pliable, true to size, and half the price of hard "cardboard" tapes for half the cost. Simple solution.
