Effaclar gel does the best job of cleansing the skin, does it efficiently and carefully. After prolonged use of the gel, new inflammations do not occur, the old ones are slightly dried. I use it mainly in the summer, before turning on the heating. In late autumn - winter, my skin dries out, but I will not lower my rating for this product, because it is declared by the manufacturer as a cleansing gel for oily skin.
