Besten Not The Best

I'm giving two stars because it does what it's supposed to do, but it's either poorly designed or poorly made because it takes more effort than it does reasonable Insert the US or European plug into the adapter and pull it out again with equal force. May not be good for the lifespan of your charging plugs. It would be nice if you move to Italy or Chile, plug something in and go, but as a travel adapter it's a waste of money.
