This beauty is almost PERFECT. I got the Syrian just over a week ago and have learned so much. It's been years since I had a hamster. I finally got her a throw cage (it took a lot longer than I wanted by trial and error), she was in a too small cage for the critter trail. I knew what I wanted for her trash can and this was one of them, I'm pleased that it's not too big for her new home (480 square inches - I still find it too small) and not too small which is just right . The only thing I would like to change is that it comes with a pet-safe seal so water and urine don't ruin it. I have to do it myself, but if it were done for me it would really save time, I would have to dock the star for that. Not everyone with furry family members has deep pockets to replace such items. Overall the packaging was great, I liked the box it came in. The size of this skin is very good for a Syrian.
