DO NOT BUY ! Missing instructions, missing parts, low stability and strong smell.

Thank you Revain, the goods arrived on time. As soon as you open it, parts of the scratching post give off a very strange and very strong smell. After a few hours of exposure to the sun, the details faded, but still prevail. However, there were no instructions included. Considering that some assembly is required to properly and safely assemble this product of over 30 parts, I'm still shocked that this could happen. There were extra nuts and bolts, although due to a lack of instructions I couldn't be sure if they were spares. Parts of a build related issue. In addition, the stability of this scratching post is highly questionable. A gap is visible between the house on the second level and the adjoining balcony. There is no flange or pre-drilled holes to attach them securely. A free-hanging basket is a great design, but it's not intended for adult cats. Moving on, I found that the packaging was missing the real parts. Notable is the hanging/swinging ball on the fourth/upper level. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this item to any parent who owns a pet. A complete disaster and catastrophe.

Pros
  • Climbing and Scratching: Several reinforced scratching posts with natural sisal cords are ideal for your cat to scratch and scratch. The scratching post serves as a ramp to help your kitty climb into the cat den and also as a substitute for your sofa for endless fun.
Cons
  • I won't say anything
