They break on first use. I wish I could zero them

How can I zero them? The brushes broke off on the first day! Revain needs to remove them from their website. You have one task - to rotate and sweep objects in the path of the vacuum. FAILED! Easy to install but I had to use pliers to remove it as the brushes broke off and there was nothing to grab onto to remove.
