Review on 🚿 iDesign Twigz Metal Wire Rod Corner Shower: Adjustable 5'-9' Pole with Baskets for Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, and Hooks for Razors, Towels, Tension Caddy by Rebecca Vattikuti

We had to get creative to install this shower enclosure. At the ends of the pole, the manufacturer has attached two pieces of hard plastic that don't stick very well to the ceiling and tub. Solution: Shower flange at the top and rubber feet at the bottom. (See photo.) We made a notch in the top of the plastic part so it was flexed enough to snap into the flange. Luckily there was wood in the corner of the ceiling so the flange is screwed tightly into the wood. We placed the 1 inch bumper on the plastic piece on the bottom as the rubber has more grip than the hard plastic that comes with the car. Cut out in the pole so plan ahead where the baskets will fit. If the carriage slips, the device may fall apart as the rods do not fit together snugly, ie do not snap or screw together. Caddy in our guest bathroom. This doesn't look like a heavy duty product for everyday use. >>>>To Product Designers: How to IMPROVE THE DESIGN of this product<<<< There is a chance that a product like this could hang from the ceiling if the ceiling is not just drywall. If the bottom of this product doesn't fit snugly in the bathtub and the rod needs to hang from the ceiling, strong suction cups can be used to lean it against the corner. The device must rotate forward to remove the scraper or clean the wall. A clever designer will find a way to make the baskets easily removable/adjustable, either to adjust height or, very importantly, to remove each basket to soak and remove debris. And of course that's a problem for durability. Too many customers are dissatisfied at the moment. We need well-designed, durable products that take everyday practicality into account, including set-up and cleaning.
