Try a different steamer. I waited before writing this to be exact. This steamer will ONLY work at the beginning, after that, believe me, you will buy another one, so it's better to get a good one right away. It's so frustrating that it stops every 5-7 seconds and then you have to wait for it to heat up again. It gets very hot, pretty creepy, and spits out water even if you follow the directions and only fill to the max mark. Can ONLY steam one item and even that takes so long because it keeps stopping then cooking again, stopping, cooking. I threw it away, it wasn't worth the time or frustration and I couldn't return it because I had already used it. It will also start leaking, trust me, don't buy it for long term use or for vaping more than 1 item at a time. Get the best steamer from the start, you will definitely buy another one, it's cheap for a reason.
