Plug and Play is pretty easy. Used it to replace a Tadi Bro monitor that cost $180 but failed after 13 months. The picture is quite grainy but I'm selling the car I installed it in so it proves all the cables are there and the cameras are working. I give it credit for the ease of changing screens. When you don't need a clear picture, it works as a rear view camera. I needed cameras in each mirror for towing and in the back of a closed trailer, which I don't think really lends itself to constant viewing. But it wasn't cheap. Arrived quickly and well packaged.
