The TV works very well, but the software and remote control are not very user-friendly. If you're trying to set up the TV for the first time, you have the option of using the remote control and the onscreen commands below, or downloading the app and using your mobile phone. I tried the remote and screen command and got into a crash loop at step 4 (of 5) which wouldn't let me exit. After 2 hours of chatting and phone help, the support team decided I needed a technician on site, but we sure were offline while they installed this. The next day we tried downloading the phone app and it actually worked in no more than 5 minutes. Although we will keep this product for the time being, I would not buy it again.
