Got this for my cat. Very cute collar. However, over the course of two months, she stuck her jaw (and once her paw) in it several times, causing a bloody mess for her and me. I tightened it, then tightened it again, then removed the pesky bell. I cut off the end that was sticking out about an inch from the useless loop. Eventually her jaw got stuck long enough to injure her and she needed stitches at the vet. Now I know better and I don't buy a collar without a tear-off clasp. My cat's safety isn't worth looking cute or paying the vet $200.
