I bought this printer and also own an Anycubic Photon Mono. Both printers work well and produce excellent quality prints. I have to say that the Elegoo Mars Pro 2 definitely looks and feels more solid and professionally built. I generally prefer it, and I get more consistent prints with it. We use both machines primarily to print miniature figures for games like Star Wars Legion and Battletech. The most important thing for beginners is to make sure your plate is level before you start printing and then print out a good calibration test to find the correct exposure for the resin you are using. Different resins will print differently on each printer. So the trick to getting great prints is to find the resin you like and adjust the exposure. Youtube is full of videos showing how to do it. Elegoo Mars was perfect right out of the box with its ABS-like resin, which is my favorite resin for prints. It offers excellent durability so the prints won't break and still provide great detail.
