It was ok for the price. The balloons did not stay inflated to the end, they quickly lost air and seemed to wrinkle and crumple. Balloons also pop very easily so be careful when using them for hanging, I blew them up really small and they still popped. Put them on sticks yourself. But they do provide sticks and little sticky cakes to wear. Actually it wasn't that much work and it didn't take long.
