I'm between 5'3 and 5'4 and I'm 185 pounds (gained 55 pounds during this pregnancy) and this dress fit me absolutely perfect. This particular color wasn't see through but I did end up wear spanx under to smooth everything out! I received so many compliments! I would totally recommend!
