Soooo the thing came in a big shoebox and it was bent out of the box (ok I thought - I can change the shape - but the tubes were bent too which means the It took a lot of assembling to put together - "never mind" - I thought - maybe it will hold up (although as of writing I'm almost certain the plastic cracks easily in the cold) - there's no indication of the water bag and plastic base about how far they need to be filled so it's a bummer as to whether or not this thing would stand up as I thought of leaving some room for the water to expand from freezing.... But I have everything done that, and went to turn on the light and found that it needed batteries! Why the heck is this showing up when searching for "street christmas lights"? I don't understand because this article is NOT i m garden is allowed. Probably normal for a covered balcony... where you can just turn something on and off... and if you feel like it don't worry about battery drain... But if you're like me and want something a little more flashy and simple want to do, save your time, worry and money and buy something else. it's coming back
