Does not match the quality of the picture or the description, arrived quite bulky and the holes are a little smaller than described, could be great for a small to medium sized hamster, small rat or mouse but too small even for my 12 week old hedgehog. Too bad they like their natural habitat but there are very few safe natural shelters of the correct size as it seemed in the description! Most of them are too big for rabbits and guinea pigs and too small for rodents. This item was described as being the perfect size for my Killie friends but the one I received was far from the description. May be different with others as natural items may vary slightly but the next time I look for one I realize I have to buy it locally so I can see the item and choose the one from which the diameter of the holes is suitable size, this hole has about 1.5. "&2" which is too small for my needs. I still use it although my baby just digs under the rim so 3 stars as the item is still high quality. However, please note that size and shape may vary slightly!
