Review on 👜 Fulton by Michael Kors by Beth Westra

I have requested a refund or a different wallet. I got this bag in March and Michael Kors isn't cheap but two days ago there were metal pieces on the shoulder strap that connected together. Well, one of the links is broken. I should have received a refund after the wallet was picked up by UPS. Shortly after calling your staff, I get a message that a refund has been denied. I won't allow that. I paid a lot of money for a product that I thought would be a good investment. I ask the manager to return or exchange my money. It's not fair, I don't have much money and it hurts me to be treated like I'm SOL.
