Review on 🔪 Organize and Protect Your Knives with the Wusthof Block Knife Storage in Black by John Finley

I received this block of wood in April and was very pleased with the number of knives it holds and the beautiful appearance. Today I noticed two cracks in the tree. One on the right holding the steak knives and one going up the edge of the block. There's no reason why it should be like on a ceramic tile counter; it has not been dropped or exposed to moisture or water. There can be no humidity because I live in the Arizona desert. I thought I could return it for a replacement but my return window closed on May 4th. If I want to replace it I now have to pay for return shipping plus shipping to myself. At that point, the cost wasn't worth the hassle. I could just buy a new one. I am very disappointed as the Wüsthof name always means high quality to me and I own several of their chef's knives.
