Doesn't work well with styling tools and implements

So it took me ages to figure out how to remove the plate - my best advice is to put your arm around your back and heal it then lift it up so you push it. Just pressing up from the bottom with your thumb doesn't work. It doesn't get hot enough to crimp well, which is disappointing. Do not hold back.
