These tiny plastic beads come in a very small pouch that cannot be resealed (put it in a ziploc bag). The package contains 1 tablespoon of pearls per 1 gallon of water, so make sure you have a large enough bowl. They need 24 hours to fully grow, so plan ahead when you really want/should use them! They start growing within minutes of being placed in the water, which is a joy to watch (or check on regularly because it's a slow process). Once fully formed they seem really interesting and my little one loved playing with them on the sensory table. You dehydrate and shrink back. Not sure if you can rehydrate them afterwards, but how many are in a tiny sachet, you don't necessarily have to reuse them.
