The case protects my phone a bit but I'm not expecting much. The bezels are slightly raised at the top and bottom to protect the screen. The left and right sides are set back so that the edge of the screen can be used. The back cover does not fold over the phone as expected. Maybe it will get better as the leather wears down. Likewise, it leaves a small gap between the cover and the phone when the front is closed. I don't like that the cover folds in the middle of the back (I'm considering making a stand). It would be better if folded over the edge of the phone to close better. You cannot insert dollar bills without folding them. I don't think I'll put much into the case as it adds thickness. The case itself is a bit bulky. The phone works well with my round Samsung wireless chargers and the Nanami wireless charger. The phone is finicky when trying to use the Ruiyue wireless car charger. I have to slide the phone towards the bottom of the charger for it to start charging. The housing is probably pushing the sensor up too much.
