The guide is simple and doesn't provide much information on all monitor features. You really have to figure it out for yourself, and even then it's still crap if all the features work every time you use it. If you're not moving in a certain way - Your hands aren't moving in a way that the monitor can pick up, it doesn't register steps, or it skips the steps you take. I would not buy this product again.
