I bought this because I was backpacking around Europe. I needed a strong and secure place to store my hearing aids when I needed to put them away quickly (in driving rain, sleeping on a plane or train, at the beach, etc.). This little case was perfect for storing and protecting both of my behind-the-ear hearing aids. The hard case is strong and unbreakable. Inside are two stretchable mesh pockets that keep each product secure while allowing it to breathe. (I included the dry bag that comes with the new shoes.) I particularly like the attached carabiner. I just attached it to a loop in my backpack. It was readily available and I didn't "lost" it in the clutter at the bottom of my bag. I know this item wasn't intended for hearing aids, but this compact little case was far more convenient and useful for travel than anything my audiologist had. Now that I'm back home I've also added a bow to my purse.
