I had high hopes for this model but it didn't come true. Everything else worked fine in the original order, except that the listener could barely hear me. The replacement did the same, and other features didn't work either, such as B. Audio feedback when pressing the mute button or trying to adjust the volume. (You'll usually hear it when you hit the maximum volume.) Maybe it's just a badly refurbished seller. The supposed support number (EOM Sales in Houston) got disconnected and when I called them on the second number I found the phone just rang and they never answered. Perhaps in this case the reframing really failed, because this model gets pretty good reviews in online listings.
