The ease of using it for our organization, how user friendly everything was to get used to work with this program. I wish we could have had more ways to track tasks within different projects without having too many tabs open at once but that's just me nitpicking. We got great insight into all aspects of inventory management from item level cost tracking through reports down to customer service requests. The easy integration with Dynamics 365 is great. I have been able to pull data from other systems that are not integrated into Dynamics 365, but were part of my organization's business process. Being able to see all the history of the item, and then drill down to the level of detail was very useful. I wish it could be more fully automated so I don't have to go back into each item to change something. We needed to be able to do this for our customers. It has been very helpful to us!
