Remember Waterford was made outside of Ireland
I think the irony of this jug is that it doesn't sparkle in a lighted china cabinet. However, it sparkles much better in the subdued living room light. It's a beautiful design and I don't regret buying it. If you prefer the new Waterford then I would highly recommend this item due to its beautiful jug shaped design. If you prefer sparkling Waterford, I strongly recommend buying acid-marked pieces elsewhere.
